After ordering from another vendor and literally being ignored when I received a wrong sized vest, I choose to order from Leather Bound.
I received my new vest, correct size but ordered a pair of men' s glove as a gift for my boyfriend. I received the vest, great fit but the gloves were the wrong size. I though not this again, ugh! So, I contacted customer service and they were responsive and helpful unlike the other company that I am still dealing with in Elkins, West Virginia.
The CS person I dealt with at Leather Bound was prompt and communicated with me about how to exchange for the correct size, agreed to refund the original shipping on the first order after I placed a second for the correct sized gloves (He loves his new gloves by the way!) and sent me a return label via email. So, thank you Leather Bound for working with me and being accountable for the mistake and not creating a s*&% show by providing customer service with integrity!
