All orders are processed and verified for availability within 24-48 hours.
All orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day, including priority and express orders. We can not guarantee specific delivery dates do to process and handling times.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
- UPS does not pick-up on Saturday or Sunday or on holidays.
- UPS Ground generally takes 2-8 days for delivery.
- USPS Priority mail generally takes 2-6 days for delivery.
- First Class mail generally takes 2-10 days for delivery.
- Shipping outside the immediate US can take up to 30 days for delivery.
*Please note we can not ship Minnetonka Moccasins and any item from Double-H, Carolina, Dan-Post, Harley-Davidson, Laredo, Dingo and First MFG that are marked "Online Only Style" can not be shipped internationally.
We ship international to the following countries only: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zea-land, Poland, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
- International orders may take up to 5 days to ship.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of your item.
- There may be additional customs or taxes charged by your importing country upon delivery.
- All international orders over $100 require insurance.
- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
- We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days.

- Please provide us with the following:
- Order number
- Name and number of item being returned or exchanged.
- Your name and contact information.
- Reason for return or exchange
*Please note any free merchandise/promotional items we included in your order
is expected back in the event you return your purchase for a refund. If
we do not receive them back, the product cost will be subtracted from
- All unauthorized returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- Any orders returned past this time frame with be charged a 15% restocking fee or may be refused upon delivery.
- All items must be UNWORN, UNUSED, and must include all original tags and packaging still attached, any item returned in such condition will either be refused or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Returns required prior authorization, at that time we will give you a RA number you MUST place on the outside of the box.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
- We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
- Helmets and custom made orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
- All returns must include the following information:
- Copy of invoice or invoice number.
- E-mail address used to place order.
- Reason for returning items.
- Detailed information on what you are exchanging for.
- Return authorization number.
- Returns may take up to 2 weeks to be refunded or exchanged.
In the rare event that your order is received incorrectly please contact us and we will be happy to rectify the situation.
