*Free shipping does not apply to previous purchases, returns or exchanges. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from any returned items that make a order less then the qualifying amount for free shipping.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event you need to exchange or return your item please follow the following guidelines


  • We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days.
  • Please E-mail us at info@leatherboundonline for a return authorization number.
    • Please provide us with the following:
    • Order number
    • Name and number of item being returned or exchanged.
    • Your name and contact information.
    • Reason for return or exchange
  • Any orders returned past this time frame with be charged a 20% restocking fee or may be refused upon delivery.
  • All items must be UNWORN, UNUSED, and must include all original tags and packaging still attached, all footwear must not show any signs of wear any item returned in such condition will either be refused or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • All merchandise returned must not smell of smoke or pets.
  • Footwear must be returned in a proper shipping box, if the original footwear box is damaged or used as the shipping box there is a $5.00 charge for a replacement box.
  • Returns required prior authorization, at that time we will give you a RA number you MUST place on the outside of the box.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and Leather Bound is not responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Helmets, custom made orders and any item marked final sale can not be returned or exchanged.

  • All returns must include the following information:
    • Copy of invoice or invoice number.
    • E-mail address used to place order.
    • Reason for returning items.
    • Detailed information on what you are exchanging for.
    • Return authorization number.
  • Returns may take up to 2 weeks to be refunded or exchanged.
*Please note any free merchandise/promotional items we included in your order is expected back in the event you return your purchase for a refund. If we do not receive them back, the product cost will be subtracted from your refund.*

In the rare event that your order is received incorrectly please contact us and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

*Shipping charges will be deducted from returns that qualified for FREE shipping, if items are returned to make the total price less then the qualifying price for shipping.

**Online return policy is different from in-store return policy. All in-store returns will be exchanged or issued a store credit within 14 days of purchase.

  When will my item ship?
- Most in-stock orders ship with-in 24-48 hours. If there is a delay with your order we will contact you with a estimated ship date.

How will my item be shipped?
- We offer you the option at check-out of choosing the standard or express shipping, which can vary from FedEx to USPS.

Do you ship to a PO Box?
- No we will not deliver to a PO Box. If your address is a PO Box you must provide a alternative address,

When will my item arrive?

Please note the handling time of 24-48 hours before your item ships.

Express Shipping
1-2 Business Days

USPS First Class Mail International: 1-4 weeks.
Priority Mail International: 6-10 days.
Express Mail International: 1-3 days.

My tracking number shows my package was delivered but I don't have it?
- Please check with any family members or neighbors that may have put the package in a safe place, check by all door ways and behind patio furniture. If you live in a building check with the building management.
Still no luck? Check with the delivery truck driver to see if they remember delivering the package.

My item arrived damaged by the shipping carrier, now what?
- Please contact us immediately with any item that may have been damaged in transit and we will help rectify the problem.
