I bought a pair of gloves for my girlfriend for Christmas.  When she tried the gloves on the right fit and the left was too small.  Being an obvious defect, Leather Bound requires I pay for shipping the gloves back and forth.  I'm only going to return for a refund - do not want to get stuck with another defective pair.
