This belt was exactly what I wanted. I knew it runs small, so instead of ordering medium as I would normally do, I ordered large, and it fit just right.

Other reviews said the belt ran small, so i ordered one size up.  This really isn't true.  The belt offers little to no adjustment.  The velcro on the buckle strap was sewn in at the very end whereas it should have been sewn the entire length to make at least a 1" to a 1 1/2" adjustment.  I've removed the velcro and re-sewn it closer to the buckle.  The sides have an elastic band that stretches and further hampers a snug fit.   This belt is made in Pakistan and offers no belt/waist size for you to reference by.  I'd guess the large size would fit 32-34" waist?   Also the pockets are not much bigger than the size of your driver's license or credit card.  Even though I'm a bit disappointed with the belt (which could have been avoided if they stated specific waist sizes) I'm keeping it because I can't be bothered with a return.   I may get some use out of it for a while.  Probably end up giving it away in the long run.

Ordered a medium, when the belt arrived the tag read, '"s/m"   should have ordered a m/l ....  nothing showed a double size...  great product I just have to take an inch or two off my waist size...... So if you want a medium order M/L , Small: S/M or large L/X  would be my suggestion...  good quality, just have to suck it in to put it on.
