PAYMENT
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.

SHIPPING

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • We do not have UPS pick-up on Saturday or Sunday.
  • UPS Ground takes 2-8 days for delivery.
  • USPS Priority mail takes 2-6 days for delivery.
  • First Class mail can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
  • Shipping outside the immediate US can take up to 16 days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

We ship international to the following countries only: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zea-land, Poland, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of your item.
  • There may be additional customs or taxes charged by your importing country upon delivery.
  • All international orders over $100 require insurance.
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
RETURN POLICY
  • We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days.
  • Please E-mail us at info@leatherboundonline for a return authorization number.
    • Please provide us with the following:
    • Order number
    • Name and number of item being returned or exchanged.
    • Your name and contact information.
    • Reason for return or exchange
  • All unauthorized returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Any orders returned past this time frame with be charged a 15% restocking fee or may be refused upon delivery.
  • All items must be UNWORN, UNUSED, and must include all original tags and packaging still attached.
  • Returns required prior authorization, at that time we will give you a RA number you MUST place on the outside of the box.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Helmets and custom made orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • All returns must include the following information:
    • Copy of invoice or invoice number.
    • E-mail address used to place order.
    • Reason for returning items.
    • Detailed information on what you are exchanging for.
    • Return authorization number.
  • Returns may take up to 2 weeks to be refunded or exchanged.
*Please note any free merchandise/promotional items we included in your order  is expected back in the event you return your purchase for a refund. If we do not receive them back, the product cost will be subtracted from your refund.*
